Nic De Luca is the founder and Managing Director of De Luca Corporation and maintains an active role in the day to day running of the business. His first project was an apartment block for the Queensland Government in 1994. Since that time, Nic has overseen the growth of De Luca Corporation into one of the State’s most successful construction and development companies. With more than 20 years experience in all aspects of the property industry, Nic’s passion for excellence and his commitment to delivering on promises is reflected across the entire business. Nic holds a degree in Construction Management and is a member of the Property Council of Australia, Master Builders and the Institute of Company Directors.
Mark Wyatt
General Manager Construction
Mark Wyatt joined De Luca Corporation in July 2007 to manage the company’s Construction Division. Mark has in-depth experience in all aspects of the construction industry, from individual site management to the project management of multi-million dollar projects. Mark previously held the role of state manager in both Queensland and South Australia for a major construction group. He has a Bachelor of Construction Management and Economics (Honours) from the University of South Australia, a Certificate in Mediation and a Diploma in Building.
Christine Wood
Financial Controller
Christine commenced with De Luca Corporation in March 2008 and brings over 16 years of Public Practice and Commercial Accounting experience with her. Christine has worked in a variety of Industries ranging from Retail, Manufacturing, Professional Services to publicly listed companies. Christine is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy (Dist.), a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration and is completing a Masters in Business Administration.
Ben Canniffe
Development Manager
Ben has been appointed Development Manager of De Luca Corporation in 2009. After commencing with the company in 2005 as a Contract Administrator, Ben quickly progressed to Construction Manager and over the years has successfully completed numerous signature projects for the company in that role, the most notable being the recently completed $32M Da Vinci Precinct at the Brisbane Airport. Ben has a strong grasp of construction and the management and delivery of projects and people. He brings this experience and expertise into the development section of the business, providing a vital link with the construction teams. Ben holds a Bachelor of Construction Management from the Queensland Institute of Technology.
